Because this leads surely to a re-examination of our core belief systems and the eventual reconstruction of something more autonomous. It seemed to be only, a move that attempted to be as "indie" or as "Napoleon Dynamite" as possible. I predicted a lot of the things that did happen, and it wasn't hard because anything that could possibly go wrong, did. The son was colorblind, the grandpa died, the car broke... on and on. After reading your review, however, I can see that a lot more thought and meaning was put into it than I first thought. I appreciate reading this and bringing a different perspective on the movie. I can understand more why people liked it more than i did. I originally thought the movie wasn’t so great.
